What happens now?
The Job Application Stages
Initial Screening:
Once we have received your CV, one of our regional resourcing managers will be in touch with you by phone Monday-Friday within 10 working days to complete an initial telephone screening. (Please note this contact time may be shorter if we have an immediate vacancy that we feel you match) If you successfully complete this stage you will have an opportunity to personally meet your regional resourcing manager who will conduct a face to face interview with you. If unsuccessful you will be given advise on how to improve your chances for future opportunities and we will contact you again within four weeks to see how you are progressing.
Face to Face Competency Based Interview
You now have an opportunity to personally meet your regional resourcing manager and they will be able to give you a full overview of the company. At this stage, dependant on the role applied for you may be required to complete for example, a role play exercise or deliver a presentation along with a competency based interview. If successful at this stage you will be required to attend either a final interview with an Ashfield In2Focus manager and/or the relevant client manager.
Final Interview/Assessment Stage
You will have worked extremely hard to reach this stage and the process will now continue as agreed with each contract, this could either be a client interview/assessment centre or a final interview with an Ashfield In2Focus regional manager. Occasionally you may be required to complete on-line psychometric tests but will be supported throughout this process. By this stage it is critical that you have thoroughly researched the client companies and product therapy areas.
Job Offer
Congratulations you have now been successfully job offered by your dedicated resourcing executive and are joining our successful Ashfield In2Focus team. Should you be unsuccessful at this stage your dedicated resourcing manager will work with you to source other suitable opportunities.
