We concentrate considerable efforts on forging strong relationships with neighbouring organisations and supporting numerous local initiatives, all of which benefit the community in educational, social and economic ways.

Through our Worthy Causes Fund, our employees are encouraged to raise funds for such initiatives through the organisation of charitable events. These range from the annual Ashfield In2Focus Challenge Cup football tournament to actual volunteering weekends to rejuvenate community cafes and school gardens.
